helping women look and feel their best for almost a decade.
I started my transformation journey in 2009 after the birth of my son. I gained 80 lbs during that pregnancy and felt horrible about myself. I had no energy and was so embarrassed at how much weight I had gained.
I knew if I could get the weight off I would share my knowledge with women around the world. I went on to lose a total of 92lbs (42kg) and transform my body to better than it was before I ever got pregnant.
My before and after pictures have been used FALSELY for just about every "fad diet" so I made it my mission to get the word out to every woman that you don't need to do those crazy diets or take pills. Because I DIDN'T and now I'm sharing my secrets with YOU!
