I started my transformation journey in 2009 after the birth of my son. I gained 80 lbs during that pregnancy and felt horrible about myself. I had no energy and was so embarrassed at how much weight I had gained.

When I Purchase The 21 Day Fat Flush Challenge, How Will It Be Delivered To Me?

You'll also be sent an email with an access link to your 21 Day Fat Flush Challenge. Once you click your access link, you will be able to view the content in your browser and you will have the option to download it to your computer and print it out from there if you wish. The guides are yours to keep forever. 
Can I Do This Challenge While Breastfeeding?
Yes you can. I've had many new moms complete the 21 day challenge. I just have them add in a Protein and Carb Serving in addition to the other meals each day in order to keep their milk supply up. 
Do I Have To Eat And Workout At A Certain Time?
Absolutely not! I encourage a flexible approach. Although I provide an example meal plan for the full 21 days, this is not fixed. It's best to do what works for you and your lifestyle. That way you can be more consistent. As long as you stick to the principles outlined in the guides you will have success. 
What If I Can't Do Any Exercises? 
If you can't exercise because of an injury or because you just don't want to. That is totally fine. You will still gain priceless knowledge from the principles in the guides and be able to apply that forever. Many of my clients cannot exercise and they still have great success with the challenge because they have learned to pair their foods and learned the correct portion sizes so they aren't over eating. 
Do I Have To Take Supplements?
No! All supplements are add-ons that may help. They are NOT a replacement for diet and exercise. I do not require you to purchase any additional supplements with the challenge. 
What If I Don't Like An Ingredient In One Of The Recipes?
If you don't like something or are allergic... for example: Seafood, Peanut Butter, Dairy, Eggs etc. You can substitute for things you do like or just leave them out. There is a substitution list in the guide making it easy to fit your lifestyle. 
I'm Gluten Free...Can I Still Follow This Challenge?
Yes!! Many of my clients need a Gluten Free Diet. You will have to substitute some of the items in the recipes to fit your needs. For example: Pasta, just purchase gluten free pasta. And make sure any other ingredients like soy sauce you purchase the gluten free option. Just like you normally would. 
I Don't Eat Meat... Can I Still Follow This Challenge?
This challenge has 63 Vegetarian Recipes included. Many of the meat recipes can be substituted with a meatless version if you choose to or you can just skip those recipes. Also with the portions in the guide you will learn how much of your meatless options you should be eating for fat loss. 
Can I Drink Alcohol?
It's best to not drink alcohol while committing to your first 21 day challenge just so you can see how your body responds because it will respond better and you will lose more if you give up alcohol for 21 days. After you see how your body responds then you can add in 2 drinks a week. This is discussed more in the guides and private group.  
Is It Really Only This One Price For All These Guides?
